Who is affected?

Users attempting to place calls from UW VoIP phone sets.

More details:

At approximately 9:30 am this morning, Monday, October 6th, IT was aware of problems with the UW VoIP telephone system. When people attempt to call on Cisco VOIP phones they are getting a fast busy.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 10:26 am, Monday, October 6th.
