Who is affected?
Users attempting to access the eCompanion web pages.
More details:
At approximately 2:25 pm today, Friday, February 14th, it had received calls from users reporting that login attempts to eCompanion were unsuccessful.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 5:36 pm, Friday, February 14th.
