Who is affected?

Users attempting to access UW Office 365 Email accounts via Outlook.

At approximately 10:15 am this morning, Tuesday, December 17th, IT was aware of problems with connections to Office 365 email via local Outlook clients.

Problem resolution:

As of approximately 12:30 pm, Tuesday, December 17th, the problem had been corrected by Microsoft.
