Who is affected?

Mac Outlook users who attempt to attach large files to email messages.

At approximately 1:20 pm today, Monday, December 9th, IT was aware of problems with Office 365 which prevent Mac Outlook users from sending emails larger the 6 MB.

Problem resolution:

As of Wednesday afternoon, December 11th, Microsoft had deployed a patch to fix the problem.
