Who is affected?

UW telephone users attempting to leave voice mail messages.

At approximately 12:15 pm today, Monday, December 9th, IT was aware of problems with the voice mail system. The problem does not occur every time, but when it does the user's line goes dead and no option to leave voice mail is provided to the user.

Problem resolution:

Microsoft corrected the problem and restored normal service by 10:12 pm, Monday, December 9th.
