Users attempting to place calls between VoIP phones and Nortel phones and VoIP phones and off-campus phones.

Early this morning, Friday, December 6th, a power outage affecting the east campus caused problems for campus phone systems. Calls between VoIP phones and Nortel phones and VoIP phones and off-campus phones are affected.

Problem resolution:

All IT services affected by the power outage were returned to normal operation by 1:25 pm, Friday, December 6th.
