Who is affected?

UW users attempting to complete Office 365 email transactions using Outlook for Mac.

More details:

During the afternoon today, Tuesday, December 3rd, IT received reports from some users that they were having problems connecting to Office 365 with Outlook for Mac. They were not receiving email and when they tried to send email they received the error "end of file reached." The problems seem to be sporadic.

Problem resolution:

As of Thursday, December 12th, the problem had been resolved.
