Users of the Applications Manager scheduling package for the Student Information System – this is a subset of the Internet Native Banner (INB) users.

The following details are provided by Ellucian, our Banner Student Information System vendor: After upgrading to Java 7 update 45, the Applications Manager client will not load.

Problem resolution:

No estimated time for correction of the problem is currently available.

Automic development is working to find a solution. Until then, the recommendation is to uninstall Java 1.7.0_45 and install an update below update 40.
