On Wednesday morning, October 2nd, IT was aware of a progammatic problem with the Print Quota Increase utility, resulting in some users receiving error messages and system failure while attempting to increase print quotas.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 11:20 am, Wednesday, October 2nd.
