Who is affected?

Users attempting to send messages from Outlook Web App using some versions of Firefox.

This morning, Wednesday, September 18th, IT was aware of problems sending messages with Outlook Web App using some versions of Firefox. Specifically, the "send" button does not display in the browser window

Problem resolution:

Microsoft completed the rollout of the patch to correct the issue on Monday, October 7th.

Updated 9/30:

Microsoft has received reports of an issue in which some customers using Firefox 23 or Firefox 24 are experiencing issues when composing new mail in the Outlook Web App (OWA). Customers may see the form begin to load, then see the tool bar disappear. Engineers are deploying a patch to address the issue.
