More details:
As of approximately 2:20 pm, Tuesday, September 10th, IT was aware that the Cascade CMS application preview pane was not rendering correctly, unless the browser compatibility settings are altered.
Problem resolution:
The problem was resolved by 11:00 am, Wednesday, September 18th.
