Users accessing channels in WyoWeb are receiving SQL Exception Errors'

More details:

At approximately 4:07pm, Wednesday, August 21st, UWIT became aware of an issue with WyoWeb channels and possibly Banner.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service at 4:27pm, Monday August 21st.
