UW users attempting to access the UW computer network (via computers and VoIP phones) from locations in the Capital West Bank building.

At approximately 3:00 pm today, Monday, June 24th, IT was aware of network problems affecting the availability of computer network access and VoIP phone service for UW users in the Capital West Bank building.

Problem resolution:

Normal service was restored by 3:25 pm, Monday, June 24th.
