Users attempting to access the UW ImageNow document imaging system.

At approximately 7:10 am this morning, Tuesday, May 26th, IT received reports from PIStOL users that the ImageNow document imaging system was unavailable.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 9:47 am, Tuesday, May 26th.
