Who is affected?

Users attempting to access eCompanion through the WyoWeb My Courses tab.

At approximately 10:50 am this morning, Tuesday, December 18th, IT was aware of problems accessing eCompanion from the My Courses tab in WyoWeb.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 3:00 pm, Tuesday, December 18th.

Users can also click My eCollege Homepage at the bottom right of the My Courses tab and then click Academics on their eCampus page.
