More details:
At approximately 2:00 pm today, Tuesday, November 13th, IT was aware of slow login and response times being experienced by UWStudent lab system users.
Problem resolution:
IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 2:54 pm, Tuesday, November 13th.
