Users attempting to access the Banner Student Information System.

At approximately 7:15 am this morning, Friday, April 24th, IT was aware of problems with the Banner database server which had affected the availability of the Banner Student Information System.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 8:39 am, Friday, April 24h. A brief service interruption to WyoWeb was also required.
