An upgrade to the LabStats lab usage service which was performed earlier this month has caused stability and performance problems affecting the LabStats service. The LabStats service delivers real-time computer usage information to monitors located in UWStudent computer labs.

Problem resolution:

The UWStudent Lab admin group upgraded and reconfigured the service and restored normal service by Wednesday, September 5th.
