Who is affected?

Users attempting to access the UW computer network from locations in the west wing of Orr Hall.

More details:

At 8:35 am this morning, Friday, August 10th, IT was aware of a network hardware failure affecting network access in the west wing of Orr Hall.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 9:45 am, Friday, August 10th.
