Who is affected?

Users attempting to stream multimedia content via UW's multimedia web service.

At approximately 11:00 am this morning, Monday, July 30th, UW's mulitmedia web service unexpectedly stopped responding. As a result, users were unable to access files located at multimedia.uwyo.edu.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 3:00 pm, Monday, July 30th.
