At approximately 12:10 pm today, Friday, May 11th, IT was aware of telephone hardware problems affecting the availability of voice mail for Nortel telephone sets.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 12:25 pm, Friday, May 11th.
