Who is affected?

Users attempting to recover their password in WyoWeb through the Password Reset Utility.

More details:

At approximately 3:15 pm today, Tuesday, April 7th, IT received reports from users indicating problems with the WyoWeb password reset utitliy.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 4:05 pm, Tuesday, April 7th.
