At approximately 10:00 am this morning, Monday, April 6th, IT was aware of problems with Exchange Unified Messaging Message Waiting Indicators (for instance, the red light on the handsets of some Cisco IP phones). The MWI may indicate "on" with no unheard messages or "off" with unheard messages.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 10:30 am, Monday, April 6th.
