Who is affected?

Users of Microsoft Forefront antivirus software.

After close of business on Tuesday, February 14th, IT was aware of a problem with the Forefront signature file 1.119.1972.0 released by Microsoft earlier in the day. This signature file detected temporary Internet files from Google.com as malware, identified as "Exploit:JS/Blacole.BW."

Problem resolution:

As of start of business on Wednesday, February 15th, Microsoft had released Forefront signature file 1.119.2014.0 which no longer detects Google.com files as malware.
