Who is affected?

Users attempting to access SSL sites on the Webdev server.

More details:

At approximately 10:45 am this morning, Tuesday, January 24th, IT was aware of problems affecting the availability of SSL sites (secure sites requiring HTTPS in the address) on the Webdev web development server.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel determined that a security certificate needed to be updated. The new certificate was installed by approximately 2:00 pm, Tuesday, January 24th, and normal service was restored.
