Who is affected?

Users attempting to connect to the UW computer network and the Internet from locations on the East Campus (east of 15th Street).

More details:

Overnight on Sunday, November 20th, a power failure and susequent UPS failure affected the main network router for the East Campus. As a result, network connectivity was interrupted for most locations on the East Campus.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 5:40 am, Monday, November 21st
