At approximately 2:00 pm today, Thursday, July 28th, IT was aware of system resource problems affecting the availability of the UW CMS.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel restarted the system to correct the problem and restored normal service by approximately 2:25 pm, Thursday, July 28th.
