At approximately 1:50 pm, Thursday, June 23rd, IT personnel were aware of problems with the OVN (Outreach Video Network) system affecting the ability of administrative users to create reports.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 4:30 pm, Thursday, June 23rd.
