At approximately 4:00 pm today, Wednesday, May 4th, IT was aware of problems with UW email delivery.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 4:30 pm, Wednesday, May 4th.

User intervention may be required:
Users experiencing ongoing problems should close and restart their email clients.
