Who is affected?

Users attempting to access UW websites supported by UW's SQL Server databases.

At approximately 8:30 am this morning, Friday, April 22nd, IT was aware of problems with UW's hosted SQL Server Express database service. UW websites supported by the service are affected, including the UW Survey website.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 9:30 am, Friday, April 22nd.
