Who is affected?

Users attempting to access their UW Student accounts and file storage.

At approximately 10:13 am this morning, Monday, April 11th, IT was aware of problems with the file storage system for the UW Student Lab System. All roaming profile and home drive data is unavailable.

Problem resolution:

The affected system recovered automatically and normal service was restored by 10:17 am, Monday, April 11th.
