Who is affected?

Users attempting to access various UW computer systems that require connections to Oracle databases.

More details:

At approximately 8:15 am this morning, Monday, March 21st, IT was aware of problems with network applications connecting to UW Oracle databases.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 8:30 am, Monday, March 21st.
