Who is affected?

User's attempting to access the network in the area will not be able to.

More details:

At 8:05am a power outage was reported at the UW Stock farm.  This caused a network outage.  Currently there is no estimated up time.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel were onsite and the problem was resolved at approximately 1:27pm.
