Users attempting to access the UW computer network and the Internet from locations in the Wyoming Union.

At approximately 9:00 am this morning, Monday, January 3rd, the IT Help Desk had received calls from users reporting problems with network connectivity in the Wyoming Union.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel repaired failed network hardware and restored normal service by 10:30 am, Monday, January 3rd.
