Users attempting to connect to the UW computer network from computer lab locations in the Education Bldg.

More details:

At approximately 8:30 am this morning, Tuesday, November 23rd, IT received a report that network access was unavailable from computers located in Education bldg. computer labs.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 12:15 pm, Tuesday, November 23rd.
