Who is affected?

Some users attempting to access UW voice mail (Unified Messaging).

At approximately 10:45 am this morning, Friday, October 15th, IT was aware of problems with the UW voice mail system.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 11:15 am, Friday, October 15th.
