Users attempting to access the UW network or the Internet via computer or send/receive telephone calls.

at approximately 3:00 pm today, Monday, September 27th, IT received reports from users indicating computer network and telephone service were unavailable from locations in the State Vet Lab.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel replaced a failed network hardware component and restored normal service by 4:30 pm, Monday, September 27th.
