Who is affected?

Users receiving new email messages on BlackBerry devices using the UW BlackBerry service.

As of 8:30 am this morning, Monday, September 27th, IT had received reports that users with UW Blackberry devices were not correctly receiving new email messages.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 9:20 am, Monday, September 27th.
