Who is affected?

Users attempting to access the UWStudent Lab System.

More details:

At approximately 10:20 am this morning, Friday, September 17th, IT was aware of user login problems with the UWStudent lab system.  Access to storage (H: drives) was also slowed from non-lab machines.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel corrected the problem and restored normal service by 10:30 am, Friday, September 17th.
