At approximately 3:00 pm today, Wednesday, November 25th, IT was aware of problems affecting the operation of the Hershey Imaging System. A software patch installation had slowed the system.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel restarted the system to complete the installation and normal service was restored by 3:22 pm, Wednesday, November 25th.
