WyoWeb Credit Card Button Not Functioning, Work-Around Solution Provided

Who is affected?

Users attempting to use the credit card functionality in WyoWeb.

More details:

Users attempting to use the credit card functionality in WyoWeb will be presented with an authorization window that will fail.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel resolved the issue on March 1st, 2010.

Work-around:

Until this issue is resolved please use the following work around. This work around will require your Student ID number and your initial password. This information can be gotten from WyoWeb by clicking on the Get Your Username and Initial Password link that is on the WyoWeb signon page, right below the sign in block. After providing Last Name, Date of Birth and the last four digit of your SSN, you are taken to a screen displaying your W# and password.

Access the Financial Services Business Office web page (http://www.uwyo.edu/fsbo/) and click on the link to Pay Online, it is located in the upper right hand corner of the site.
