WyoSecure not loading correctly

Who is affected?
Users attempting to connect to wyosecure.uwyo.edu are receiving a page cannot be displayed error or timing out upon login.
More details:
Wyosecure is no longer allowing new users to log in.
Because of this we are pushing up our maintenance to now. This should be a non-disruptive event for current users.
Problem resolution:
Maintenance is complete. Wyosecure is now functioning properly.
