Users of the WyoWeb Advisor Dashboard.

More details:

At approximately 9:30 am this morning, Tuesday, October 6th, IT was aware of erractic behavior affecting the WyoWeb Advisor Dashboard.

Problem resolution:

IT personnel are working to correct the problem. No estimated time for correction of the problem is currently available.

Updated 10/14:

Work-around for Internet Explorer

When ready to do a student look-up first click on the Expand button in the Advisor Dashboard channel. It is the left most button at the top of the channel.  This will expand the channel so that it fills the browser window.  When done using the Advisor Dashboard channel click on the Back to Faculty Tab link at the top of the page to continue using WyoWeb.

Updated 10/7:

It has been determined that the erratic response problem with the Advisor Dashboard channel only occurs when using the Internet Explorer browser.  When using Firefox the channel behaves as expected.  Until this issue is resolved IT recommends the following work arounds:

  1. Use the Firefox browser to access the advisor dashboard, www.firefox.com
  2. Use the Banner self-service channel in WyoWeb instead of the Advisor Dashboard.  The Banner self-service channel can also be found on the Faculty tab in WyoWeb.  Its default location is the second channel in the right most column.  Banner self-service does not display on a single page all of the information available in the Advisor Dashboard, but all of the information is available.
