WyoWeb Problems Following the 9/26-27 Upgrade

Users of the WyoWeb portal.

More details:

The following issues have been identified after the 9/26-27 upgrade of WyoWeb and are currently being investigated by IT:

The My Banner channel is displaying “No personal menus defined” and the My Reports channels is displaying “No reports are available to view at this time,” even though personal menus have been defined and jobs have been run in Banner.  In the meantime, users can access Banner directly using the following link:  https://fortrussell.uwyo.edu:4443/

Group Studio and Course Studio Message Board topics that were migrated from the old version of WyoWeb are not displaying their associated message threads.

Problem resolution:

The software vendor is working with IT on a solution for these problems. No estimated time for correction of the problems is currently available.

Updated 10/1:

The Group and Course Studio Message Board problem was corrected at 3:00 am.  IT continues to work with the vendor on the My Banner and My Reports channels problems.

Updated 10/6:

All problems, including My Banner and My Reports channel issues, have been resolved.
