Users attempting to access UW Exchange email accounts, including Outlook Web Access and IMAP accounts. More details: At 8:40 am this morning, Friday, June 24th, one of UW's Exchange email servers experienced a failure resulting in it's unavailability. Problem resolution: IT personnel corrected the problem and restored the server by 9:05 am. The central Exchange server was also restarted to fully correct the problem, which interrupted Outlook Web Access and IMAP email accounts until full service was restored at approximately 9:30 am. Note: users may need to close and reopen their Outlook clients to restore local email functionality. Information Technology apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause you.
